4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, in-store, or email. All orders are subject to acceptance by Dirlo Number Plates.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept Pay Fast or EFT.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1. Production Time

Standard production time is 2-5 business days from the receipt of the order and necessary documentation. In-store production takes 5 minutes while you wait.

5.2. Delivery

Delivery times vary based on location. Dirlo Number Plates is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5.3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be calculated at the time of purchase.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1. Warranty

We offer a six-month warranty on all number plates against manufacturing defects.

6.2. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made number plates cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 days of receipt.
